The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing relationship with existing clients (mostly EBS clients) to sustain long term business, specifically focusing on customer retention.
The role also supports in actively seeking new business partners to join our new platforms and generate revenue. The main tasks include but are not limited to prospection, new partner onboarding, maintaining the operations activity, and acting as the interface between partners and clients.
a. As front liner to bridge the communication between clients and operations
b. Responsible for new clients onboarding
c. Client’s enquiry and complaint handling
d. Build sustainable relationship by improving the activity for client’s engagement by
organizing regular roadshows, getting the client’s feedback and following up as necessary
e. Improving sales revenue by introducing new Prisma features and new individual checks
f. Approaching existing clients to get recommendation letters, testimonials and right to use
logo
a. Management of KAE Daily
b. Management of invoicing
c. Monitoring invoicing to identify overdue payments
d. Report on collection activity and Account Receivable status
a. Proactively generate leads of potential business partners to join our new platforms
b. Managing the sales pipeline of prospective partners
c. Involve in the operations by managing the launch of new order, qualifying process, and
publication of reports
