Office Screener - Thailand (Pre-Employment Screening operation)

Bangkok, Bangkok   |   Full Time

The Office Screener is responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result. This position will report directly to Production Manager


Responsibilities

  • Conduct screening verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing resources and databases
  • Phone conversations with university and company representatives
  • Phone interviews with references
  • Interviewing resources on pretext to gather deeper information
  • Analysis of information obtained
  • Depth of media search analysis
  • Writing comprehensive reports


Requirements

  • High level of integrity
  • Minimum Diploma degree
  • Some work experience in a related field or as a call center operator or in HR especially as Recruiter but fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Persuasive communication skills
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Proficient in written and spoken English. 
  • Willing to be based in Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Wattana)
