The Office Screener is responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result. This position will report directly to Head of Employment Background Screening.
- Conduct screening verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing resources and database
- Phone conversations with university and company representative
- Phone interviews with references
- Interviewing resources on pretext to gather deeper information
- Analysis of information obtained
- Depth of media search analysis
- Writing comprehensive reports
- Ad hoc requests as informed by direct supervisor.
Job Requirement :
- High level of Integrity
- Minimum Diploma degree.
- Preferably have 2 years work experience in related field or as recruitment conduct background checking for applicant
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working with deadlines
- posses a good skill in writing and speaking in both English and Malay language
- Willing to be placed in Malaysia, Petaling jaya
