Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative functions to support the smooth operation of our Thailand office. This position combines responsibilities in HR administration, accounting support, and general office management. The role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external service providers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and timely execution of administrative tasks.

What will you do:

  • Oversee all aspects of office administration to support daily operations.
  • Provide HR administrative support for the headquarters, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and coordinating with the regional HR team.
  • Support accounting activities by coordinating invoicing, managing petty cash, and collecting and filing withholding tax certificates.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external service providers, including office landlord, suppliers, and contractors, to ensure timely payments, renewals, and procurement.
  • Ensure timely submission and tracking of invoices and follow up on related documentation.
  • Manage procurement and office supply needs, including quotation requests and vendor coordination.
  • Support compliance with local regulations and company procedures, particularly for document retention and statutory requirements.

Who we need:

  • Thai nationality
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Accounting or similar fields
  • Prior experience in HR, general affairs, or basic accounting support is preferred.
  • Multi-national company experienced is an advantage
  • Well organized, thorough, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Good command of English language 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple administrative functions independently.
  • Comfortable coordinating with external service providers and internal regional teams.
  •  Working knowledge of administrative and regulatory requirements in Thailand is an advantage.
