Office Screener (Indonesia) - Pre-Employment Screening

The Office Screener role is responsible for ensuring effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result.


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct screening verification by searching on the internet, social media, database, contacting the informant such as telephone or email
  • Verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing  and databases
  • Email and messages to sources when required
  • Phone conversations with university and company representatives
  • Phone interviews with references
  • Interviewing resources with pretext to gather deeper information
  • Analysis of information obtained
  • Drafting comprehensive reports 
  • Close collaboration with HR related to internal candidate screenings
  • Consulting crucial problem to Production Manager before taking an action
  • Giving suggestion to Production Manager related to performance of field screeners
  • Any improvement to process and methodology
  • Any impediments feedback and advice related to Prisma
  • Ad hoc assignments as requested by supervisor


Job Requirements

  • High level of integrity
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and administration skills
  • Deadline-oriented
  • English literate (spoken and written)
  • Other languages will be an advantage - Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi
