Responsibilities:
Digital Forensics for Investigative Purposes:
- Provide assistance in acquiring digital evidence both on the field and at the office.
- Offer advisory services on the availability and reliability of digital evidence collected.
- Conduct imaging of electronically stored information on hardware.
- Perform data recovery to retrieve and preserve electronic evidence.
- Assist in conducting interviews and taking statements related to digital evidence.
- Analyze findings and prepare detailed reports on evidence collected.
Examination of Digital Evidence:
- Prepare digital evidence for clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Digital Forensic Management:
- Draft relevant policies and standard operating procedures for digital forensic processes.
- Stay up-to-date on evolving technologies through participation in industry events.
Training:
- Conduct internal training sessions for the team.
- Participate in external training or provide training for external parties to develop business and networks within the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Forensics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital forensics and data recovery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
