Business Development Manager - Thailand

We are looking for a highly talented individual to join as Business Development Manager in Integrity Thailand.

This person should be a natural Sales Hunter, ready to find and reach out to potential clients, as well as renew our valued existing clients.

The Business Development Manager will report to the Managing Director, will engage in finding and winning prospective clients in Thailand, will be a strong negotiator and deal-maker and will have quarterly and annual sales targets, enjoying bonuses and incentives upon reaching and exceeding agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification of prospects, canvassing and cold calling to set meetings with potential customers
  • Networking by attending events, conferences, seminars, cocktails etc.
  • Prepare sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals/quotations according to the client’s needs and objectives
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement to close sales
  • Identify market demand, understand market trends, bench-marking
  • Contribute to business development by developing partnerships
  • Renew existing clients
  • Develop current system related to prospects, sales and account management
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other divisions related to Sales activities
  • Deliver agreed sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Non-Thai nationality
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Fluency in Japanese (speaking & writing) is a big advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling Consulting services
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
  • Driven, autonomous, self-starter
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Confident and persuasive in approaching new potential clients
  • Adept at delivering presentations and sales pitches
  • Trained in sales methodologies
  • Thrives on reaching agreed targets
  • Resourceful in finding new leads and converting
  • Has a network of contacts to draw upon
  • Willing to travel and is comfortable to do field prospection, reaching out to potential clients
