We are now searching for a Due Diligence Supervisor
Purpose / Mission
The Due Diligence Supervisor guides a team of Analysts in thoroughly assessing clients' vendors, suppliers, partners, and third parties to meet compliance and regulatory needs. This role includes enhancing the team's skills in due diligence, creating methods and tools to boost service efficiency and effectiveness. The skills developed cover both desk and field work and are primarily used for due diligence but can also support various client needs and organizational demands.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience as analyst, researcher, or consultant in the fields of risk, due diligence, or fraud investigation
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major (Criminology preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal relationship
- Information solicitation skill, including but not limited to OSINT
- Understand Indonesian regulatory framework especially in business and legal system
- Good knowledge of political climate or bureaucratic process in Indonesia (mandatory), ASEAN countries (preferred), or in other jurisdictions (optional)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Proficiency in English (written and oral); Basic competency of at least one other language
