We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of recruitment including policies, processes, procedures, and developing initiatives to ensure the achievement of recruitment objectives, such as search, prospecting, screening, interviewing, testing, offer-making, negotiation, agreements, on-boarding and induction of new employees, as well as identifying and engaging freelancers.
What will you do:
- Recruitment at all levels fresh graduate / new starter. experienced staff, supervisors and managers - including in technology.
- Advertising job ads through on-line and direct channels.
- Skilled at prospecting, undertaking proactive searches, sourcing candidates who are not actively searching
- Assisting the Hiring Manager to find the right candidate.
- Using tailored recruitment applications.
Who we need:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or as an external recruiter
- Proficiency in English (both oral & written)
- Experience in recruiting for technology roles is a distinct plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Able to work with deadlines and targets
- Knowledgeable with test tools and behavioral interviewing skill
