The company is now looking for an Key Account Executive to work in Operations Department, and supporting other departments
As Key Account Executive you will be responsible for managing relationship with existing clients to sustain long term business, specifically focusing on customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the launch of all new screenings.
- Present training of client representatives.
- Deliver strong relationships with existing customers.
- Encourage long-term business links ensuring that client needs are fully satisfied.
- Handle all inquiries and feedback.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Assist the field team with reporting activities.
Requirements:
- Native Thai and fluent in English, spoken & written is a must
- Minimum bachelor degree or higher in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years work experience as a Customer Service Officer, Account Manager or Secretary
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Well organized with strong administrative skills
- Detail-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Mastering other languages will be an advantage
