Account Executive - WBS


"WBS" refers to Whistleblowing Systems, the means by which whistleblowers are able convey information about indications of violations that occur within a company or organization (fraud, discrimination or other irregularities) and supports the principle of fairness in the relationship between the Company and Stakeholders 


The Account Executive - WBS is responsible for managing the implementation of the whistleblowing program. The Account Executive - WBS ensures quality of the service and builds capacity to serve national and regional clients, whilst also actively participating in research & development to improve systems.


Job Responsibilities

  • Handling whistleblowers reports via WBS channels
  • Receive reports and communicate with whistleblowers via telephone, email, mail, mobile application, online site, WA, SMS, and other form of text messages (all platforms of WBS)
  • Communicate with whistleblowers to obtain details of the case, evidence, and as intermediary between client and whistleblower.
  • Documenting reports/allegations/feedback in relevant reporting templates and online system
  • Receive reports using the answering script
  • Input submitted reports via telephone, text message, email, and mail to the system
  • Input all incoming reports with into an internal report form (for client who doesn’t has a website/online form)
  • Drafting weekly and monthly activity report of WBS systems for clients
  • Compile received reports from all channels of each client every week and month
  • Create monthly and weekly report for clients according to each client’s report format
  • Assistance to WBS Supervisor
  • Participation to whistleblowing development activities
  • Provide administrative support
  • Ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree qualified in communication, law, or criminology - or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role 
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office and analysis
  • Minimum Upper-intermediate English language skills, both written and oral
  • Autonomous and able to work without close supervision
  • Experience in writing reports, serving customers and case problem-solving will be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in communication and interviewing 
  • Adept at telephone discussions with clients, handling email, and WhatsApp messaging
  • Good knowledge of anti-fraud, anti-bribery actions related to ethics or ISO 37001 will be an advantage
