The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales team in managing sales administration, client inquiries, and documentation processes. This role focuses on coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintaining client databases and CRM records, preparing proposals and tender documents, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. The Sales Administrator works closely with the Sales team to support operational efficiency and contribute to the company’s business development objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
