Sales Administrator - Thailand

The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales team in managing sales administration, client inquiries, and documentation processes. This role focuses on coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintaining client databases and CRM records, preparing proposals and tender documents, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. The Sales Administrator works closely with the Sales team to support operational efficiency and contribute to the company’s business development objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team for pre-sales and post-sales activities, including client onboarding and documentation.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat and assist clients with required information.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and contract documentation, including monitoring contract expiry dates.
  • Coordinate meetings with the Marketing team, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct media monitoring and online research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken is must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
