We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing our company's interactions with key clients. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service, and a knack for building strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Address and resolve any client issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to convey client requirements and guarantee client satisfaction.
- Renew agreements and actively participate in tenders. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within key accounts to maximize revenue growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Organize Client Satisfaction surveys and monitor results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client relations or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and an impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
