People Development Specialist

People Development Specialist will report to Head of Human Resources Divisions with responsibilities and requirements as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develops Training and Development programs
  2. Monitors, assists, and advises performance appraisal process
  3. Develops and monitors Talent Management & Succession plan
  4. Enhancing of employee engagement include CSR program
  5. Effectively analyze issues, problems, and provides options for the best solution to Head of HR
  6. Develop system and procedures related to People Development
  7. Develop Competency Dictionary

Job Requirements:

  1. High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Business, related field or equivalent experience
  3. Understand TNA and Competency matrix
  4. At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  5. The ability to be highly adaptable, collaborative, and resourceful – to work as part of a team or independently
  6. Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization
  7. Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment
  8. Strong analytical skills, attention to details and problem solving skills
  9. Excellent in English skill
