Integrity Indonesia is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance (Proofreader) Supervisor who is responsible of proofreading of verification reports, monitoring calls, proofreading analyst reports prepared by operations, and other quality-related tasks and duties including conducting internal audits and assessments, confirming investigation reports, and developing processes.
What you’ll do:
1. Proofreading and Call monitoring
- Report writing
- Correcting grammar, spelling, layout, and content
- Assessing reporting capabilities and progress
- Translation of documents (Bahasa Indonesia to English or vice versa)
- Monitoring Verification Specialists for compliance and call quality
2. Quality Control, Compliance and Data Privacy
- Conducting dynamic internal audits for policy adherence
- Spearheading data protection policies with finesse
- Coordinating swift improvements and compliance maneuvers
- Crafting agile policies aligned with ISO standards
- Vigilantly monitoring data processing for compliance
- Serving as the frontline liaison for regulatory access
- Thriving in identifying and mitigating risks
Who We Need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in English Language or International Law; Master's degree would be advantageous
- Minimum TOEFL IBT Score 90 or IELTS Score 8
- Minimum 5 years of copyediting or proofreading experience
- A high level of knowledge and skill of the English language (grammatical rules, vocabulary, punctuation, capitalization rules, sentence structure)
- Excellent time management and adherence to style guides
- Analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
